2026 Guest Speaker at NC D.A.R.E. conference

A 4-time Emmy Award winner, 3-time author, global speaker, charity auctioneer, and founder of the history-making “Bet On Yourself” Summits, Molly has inspired audiences across the nation with her message of confidence, resilience, and leadership.
After 27 years in journalism, she left the news industry at the top of her career to help others discover their potential and pursue their goals.
We look forward to hearing her inspiring story and kicking off an incredible week of training, professional development, and fellowship with D.A.R.E. officers from across North Carolina.

• Eric is a former Army Paratrooper and combat veteran turned professional Podcaster and comedian. He also served as a police officer with the Raleigh Police Department and is the author of Pig Latin, a seriously funny true story. Eric has been featured in many viral social media skits and has since landed an acting role in the comedy series Office Joe.
• Eric left the military to pursue his passion for wine, but after that didn’t work out, he did what every C student combat veteran did when they couldn’t find a job. He became a cop. While he was a cop, he still pursued his passion for beverages and became a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators, then earned his Sommelier Pin from the Guild of Master Sommeliers. He eventually left the Police department to open his own distillery, specializing in rum.
• While owning the Instill Distilling Co, Eric was invited onto a major podcast where he surprised everyone with his very funny and hilarious stories. He made his rounds on several other podcasts before being offered a full-time position at the Drinkin’ Bros podcast network. This led Eric to do live shows and events all over the country and eventually led him into stand-up comedy.
As of 2026, Eric is a writer and actor for Ranger Up and is head of the creative social media marketing team.
